The Spiderwick Chronicles in IMAX® to be Shown at Mira Mesa Stadium 18
Regal Entertainment Group Offers Advance tickets for The Spiderwick Chronicles: The IMAX Experience.
“The Spiderwick Chronicles is based on a popular series of books. Watching the adventure in our state-of-the-art IMAX theatres will certainly be an experience that the entire family can enjoy,” stated Dick Westerling, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Advertising for Regal Entertainment Group. “Regal Entertainment Group is proud to make this IMAX experience available in numerous markets across the country.”
In The Spiderwick Chronicles, peculiar things start to happen the moment the Grace family (Jared, his twin brother Simon, sister Mallory and their mom) leave New York and move into the secluded old house owned by their great, great uncle Arthur Spiderwick. Unable to explain the strange disappearances and accidents that seem to be happening on a daily basis, the family blames Jared. When he, Simon and Mallory investigate what's really going on, they uncover the fantastic truth of the Spiderwick estate and of the creatures that inhabit it. The Spiderwick Chronicles is based on the beloved best-selling series of books by Holly Black and Tony DiTerlizzi.
The Spiderwick Chronicles: The IMAX Experience has been rated PG for scary creature action and violence, peril and some thematic elements. Regal Entertainment Group IMAX theatres will hold special screenings at 11:59PM Wednesday, February 13. The movie opens for regular showtimes on Thursday, February 14.
